Rust, navy and Khaki are mainly presents with the 1970s come back. Neutral colors such as nude, camel and white are also a huge part of the new season trends, but the color we can’t get over, it’s blue denim. It’s literally everywhere!!!!!

See you for part three!

STREETS

You might have thought that I had abandoned my blog, no I didn’t, but I think I needed a break. It’s summer, I’m really busy at work, and I wanted to spend less time on my computer. But I’m still here and I don’t have the intention of abandoning this.

So let’s restart fresh, it’s the end of July,  but still, and this month represent summer. Lightweight outfits, refreshing colors and fabrics, and this is where I focused to find my monthly streets styles inspiration. Also,  I have to confess that I’m obsessed by my vacation plans this September, and I’ve been trying to spot great travel outfit lately.

What do you think of those? I hope they inspire you.

Not bad for the eyes right? I love men’s styles, as fun as it is to buy for ladies, I enjoyed a lot the time I was buying for men’s. I also got inspired a lot from the menswear and not only lately, I always have been. The men’s shows started a couples of days ago, so I pulled out for you my favourites streets shots that I found on the web. Of course Eugene’s on some of them, he’s my all time best!!

PFW Fall/Winter 2015-16 Favourite show

Five days have pasted since the beginning of the PFW (Paris Fashion Week). I took the time this morning to review some of the runaways. So far, I have some favourites I want to share with you. I haven’t had the time to see all of them, except for the biggest ones and my usual favourites! The pictures are in slideshow format this time, you can play and pause to watch them at your pace.

Balenciaga

Alexander Wang did an excellent job again at the head of Balenciaga. The collection is rich, elegant, chic and totally different from his own line. The details I like; his sexy wraps skirts, the stripe scarf and the elegant dress. I love the materials he used, it elevate each pieces of his collection. Chapeau Alexander Wang!

Isabel Marant

For daily followers, I’m sure you know that Isabel will be part of my favourite show!!! I’ll repeat myself, but I love the way she’s able to make all women look sexy in our clothes in her own unique way. This is not my favourite collection from her, I’m not sure that I like to see that many structured pieces from her. I usually love her fluidity, but still it’s a beautiful collection. What I like about it; her prints, inspired by her travels, the transparency and the knee high boots, so sexy!!!!

New Discover

Andrew GN

First, I have to confess that I didn’t know about this designer before this morning, and that I’m happy I discovered him. Andrew GN is a Singapore native now living in France. There is so much to say about his collection. It’s a beautiful mix between, Nordic influences, native American and Asian. I like the freshness of his line, the textures, the prints, the big Nordic sweaters and THAT electric blue whoa!!! I can’t wait to see his next collection!

That English Street Style, London fashion Week

One thing I love about London, even if it’s raining most of the time, the people always dress colourfully! I don’t know if it’s helping them bring a little sunshine is their day, but it is inspiring!

Bright yellow, orange, royal blue, I need more of this in my life too!!

Let’s talk a bit about my last trip in Vegas. First it was kind of nice have been able to enjoy the sunshine even if it was only  for 30 minutes while waiting for our cab!! We found great new products, new brands and it’s always great having the opportunity to have some quality time with our suppliers! Unfortunately, I can’t share with you the pictures I took there, but there is some great stuffs on its way for fall 2015 and spring 2016.

On that note, see you for the next street style look recap! xx

After Paris with its Haute Couture, it’s now the time for Copenhagen (CPH) to shine with its Fashion week! Here’s some of my favourite Street looks so far!

Did you know that Copenhagen is my dream city? One of my dream is to live there one day. Since I went two years ago, I dreamt of this city, I often imagine us Karim and I live over there happy, enjoying life, and I know that someday it won’t be a dream anymore, but reality!

My mandate in life is to realize my dreams, and I have so many!!! What’s yours?

From London To Milano By The Street

Don’t you find that people from London and Milano colourful and inspiring! I enjoyed a lot searching for the best street styles look for you from the London and Milan Fashion Week.

I find that there’s a real difference from New York, a lot more colors and a lot less minimalist. Even if for myself I prefer simple and minimalist look I still get really inspiring from extravagant and marginal people. When I was a teenager, a dressed really marginally, I didn’t want the other kids look similar to me, I always wanted to be different. With the years, I found myself and now I’m more into simplicity!

NYFW Spring/Summer 2015 Street Style Part 2

Hey! Happy Sunday, I’m a bit late with this one, London Fashion Week is already on. But better late than never right! Here’s my NYFW street styles part 2. You can see a lot of athletic mix with tailored suit, sneakers wore with trouser pants, branded tee wore under a blazer ect.

There’s also a lot of denim, I could have added more pictures of it. We can see a lot of denim on denim outfit, fringe denim, patchwork, shirts, jeans and hats. It’s the year of denim and with the Japanese influence it make sense.

NYFW Spring/Summer 2015 Favorite show Part 1

Six days have past since the beginning of the NYFW. For today I want to share with you my three favourite shows so far. I haven’t had the time to see everyone of them, but my biggest one and my usual favorite!

The Row

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

Let’s start with The Row. I love how they are able to give this unique sophisticated modern twist to their collection. The fluidity, the tonal colors and the huge oversized pieces bring this collection to the next level. I also like the fact that the only shoes on the show are simple double straps slides. I can’t wait to see how they will elevate the line every season.

Rag & Bone

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

You can’t go wrong with Khaki, Rag & Bone have understood and used it to their advantage. I love how they integrated men’s inspired pieces, but in a  sexy way. My big crush in this collection is the pleated skirt attached to a chino base, LOVE!! I also fell for the oversized parka and their digi print! I just can’t wait to see their footwear collection, they look fabulous!!

Tibi

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

What a beautiful collection Tibi offered us this season. I would share the entire collection with you since I literally love every pieces. First let’s start with the footwear, we can’t see them well in the pictures, but for what I could see, OMG the flat mules in the second picture, don’t you want them!! The highlight of the collection, they integrated the major trends of the season perfectly, a practical and easy to wear look. We can see a certain Japanese influence with the quilted fabrics, the belt, the sleeves and also the hats!!

Stay tune for part two!
